So Cute, kitchen with granite counter tops and newer cabinets. All tiled through out and covered patio overlooks good size yard. Newer vanity in bathroom. Roof was replaced in 2013 and a/c in 2012. Util.ity room outside near carport. Accordian shutters on whole house. Very nice home for 1st time homebuyer, or empty nesters.
