This unit is located on the first floor, right next to open communal patio and near laundry facilities. Inside the unit is kept very nicely and comes furnished. It has ceramic tile floor throughout, newer refrigerator and built in microwave. The windows are upgraded to hurricane windows and there is hurricane shutters in the back porch on the sliding glass doors. There is one ceiling fan in the kitchen. There are two full baths, one with tub and the other with shower. This is a pet friendly building. Some exterior water damage under window in dining area awaits for repair by homeowners association.
